Integrated management system has been implemented and successfully functioning in the Institute since 2003, comprising of: Quality Management system (hereinafter referred to as QMS) according to international standards ISO 9001:2015 (DSTU ISO 9001:2015); Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems according to international standard ISO 45001:2018. Support and further development of the Integrated Management System (hereinafter referred to as IMS) is headed by Chairman of the Board.
The activities of all departments of the Institute participating in the design process are regulated by the standards of the enterprise (the internal procedures of the Institute).
To maintain and continuously improve the functioning of the IMS, in addition to external certification and surveillance audits, there are regularly conducted internal audits, whose results are considered by the Quality Committee. An important part of the IMS is technical study and training in occupational health and civil defense conducted in all divisions of the Institute.

Policies and objectives of the Institute concerning the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) are developed annually in the process of improving the OHSMS.
The main objectives concerning the IMS are:
- ensure the high quality of the project documentation in accordance with the contractual obligations, agreed customer requirements and current normative documents;
- utilizing the cutting edge approaches when providing engineering services and developing project documentation;
- complying with the current legislation in the field of Occupational Health, Industrial Sanitation, Fire and Industrial Safety.
